Atlético Nacional defeated Alianza Petrolera 0-2, for date 6 of League II-2022. The Purslane team gave an account of the Barranqueños, thanks to a great performance by Kevin Mier and Yeison Guzmán, who scored through a free kick, in addition to Jefferson Duque in stoppage time of the complementary stage, the Antioquia team will have 12 days of work ahead with the satisfaction of achieving his second consecutive victory in the semester.
Both teams went out to attack, around minute 3, Nacional generated several approaches, although without precision. At minute 6, an incursion from the right by Efraín Navarro, required Kevin Mier with a mid-distance shot, but with a changed hand, the Barranqueño saved the Purslane team. Three minutes later, Harrison Mojica from the left shot on goal and again Mier sent the ball to the corner kick. At 10, Alianza approached the rival area again through Carlos Pérez, but the visiting goalkeeper was once again attentive.
At minute 14, Nacional once again approached the opposite goal through Jefferson Duque, but goalkeeper Juan Camilo Arturo managed to contain the medium-distance shot of the purslane striker.

The game went back and forth, at minute 28 Andrés Andrade approached Nacional to the opposite goal with a shot from the right sector, but the ball went close to the left post. Alianza attacked the 28, through Mojica and attacked Mier again. About minute 30, Felipe Román from the left sector had the clearest option for Nacional.
The final minutes, Alianza had three more chances that they failed to achieve. At minute 45, Andrés Andrade responded with a shot from his right leg that went wide to the right side of the oil goal.
In the complementary stage, Nelson Palacio and Yeison Guzmán entered the National instead of Jarlan Barrera and Daniel Mantilla. While in Alianza Petrolera there were no news on the payroll. About the 18th minute, Danovis Banguero entered the National instead of Cristian Castro Devenish, at 22, Alianza Petrolera made three changes, Jesús Muñoz, Ferlys García and Brayan Gil entered instead of Harrison Mojica, Santiago Orozco and Pablo Bueno. The changes continued at minute 28 with the entry of Alexander Mejía in Nacional instead of Jhon Duque and a minute later in Alianza, Freddy Flórez entered instead of Royscer Colpa.

At minute 39, Jair Castillo joined Alianza Petrolera instead of Efraín Navarro. About minute 40, a free kick was taken by Kevin Londoño, but at ground level, Kevin Mier controlled the ball.
About minute 44, Nacional made its last change, entering Kevin Parra instead of Dorlan Pabón, who reached the figure of 150 games played with the purslane shirt. In injury time, Nacional widened the lead on the scoreboard through Jefferson Duque, the scorer reached 97 goals in 225 games with the purslane shirt. The beast took advantage of a pass from Yeison Guzmán and from mid-distance put the ball down, to goalkeeper Arturo’s left post.
Finally, the Antioquia team won an important away win in Barrancabermeja against a difficult team like Alianza Petrolera, who had played a good game, but after the goal, they couldn’t find the offensive path. Kevin Mier was the figure of the match with 10 saves, showing the great level that he has as a goalkeeper.
On the next date, Alianza Petrolera will face Cortuluá in Valle del Cauca, while Atlético Nacional will face Envigado Fútbol Club at Atanasio, but due to the flower fair, the match was postponed for Thursday, September 1.
