Polda Metro Jaya is investigating the counter-reports filed by the action actors Iko Uwais about alleged abuse and defamation.
Iko made the report on Tuesday (14/6) in the morning and received the number LP/B/2895/VI/2022/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya.
“Reports of criminal acts and/or defamation and/or slander,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E Zulpan to reporters.
“Whistleblower Uwais Qorny, reported Rudi and Vitria Mahardika Inda,” he said.
In the report, it is explained that this case began when Rudi offered interior design services to Iko. The two then agreed to cooperate with a total value of Rp. 300 million.
Both parties also agreed that the payment was made in terms of 20 percent, 30 percent, and 50 percent.
Iko has fulfilled his obligations by paying term 1 and term 2. However, Rudi is said to have failed to fulfill his obligations because the image or design presented did not match.
Iko then ordered someone to contact Rudi for the revision process. However, the revision was not carried out and Rudi actually insulted Audy Item, who is Iko’s wife.
“Mentioning the victim’s wife using a jinn and a pig that was conveyed to the witness, the victim’s household member and the reported household member,” said Zulpan.
Then on Saturday (11/6), someone who was asked by Iko to contact Rudi again and answered that he was out of town.
From that answer, Iko tried to find out if it was true that Rudi was out of town. Until finally Rudi was found to have passed in front of his house on Jalan Boulevard Barat, Cluster Vernonia Residence, Bekasi City and he recorded it.
Rudi didn’t accept the recording, so he shouted at Iko and his family. At the same time, Rudi’s wife, Vitria, who was at the location recorded the commotion and threatened to spread it on social media.
Iko then tried to stop the recording, but was kicked by Rudi in the left rib and was injured.
“Kicking the victim (Iko) on the left side of the rib which caused bruises and it was reported that Rudi tried to slam the victim,” said Zulpan.
Iko tried to defend herself by pushing Rudi down. Then, Firmansyah, who is Iko’s younger brother, also tried to intervene.
“The reported party even took a trash can and hit Firmansyah on the head. Seeing this, Iko Uwais’ brother responded and kicked the reported party,” said Zulpan.
Previously, Iko Uwais and Firmansyah were first reported by someone named Rudi to the Bekasi City Metro Police.
The police received the report against the two with the number LP/B/1737/VI/2022/SPKT: Sat Reskrim/Polres Metro Bekasi City/Polda Metro Jaya.
Regarding the report, Iko and Firmansyah are scheduled to be questioned for questioning at the Bekasi City Metro Police on Tuesday (14/6).
