Exactly ten years ago, Austria fundamentally reformed its administrative justice system: at the beginning of 2014, the Independent Administrative Senates (UVS) were replaced by eleven new administrative courts. The amendment put the review of authority decisions on a completely new footing and adapted the system to modern constitutional standards.
