Brilliant winner of the Prix Jean-Claude Evain at the beginning of March for his debut over the Auteuil steeplechase, the protege of Mathias Solier Prince Anjou (Maresca Sorrento) doubles the bet in the Prix Air Landais (L), offering himself for the occasion the first Listed victory of his career. Ridden behind the leaders by Olivier Jouin, Prince Anjou proved to be brilliant, but finished the strongest to dominate, on the flat, Doctor Kaleo (Doctor Dino) and Le Plougastellen (Honolulu). Appreciated by his trainer, Prince Anjou will now compete for the Prix William Head (L).
