The adaptation of Avatar: The Last Airbender is getting closer and closer to debuting on Netflix and received a new trailer. For those who don’t remember, production has been going on since 2020 and has gone through some tense moments, but it will finally reach the public and the preview shows a little of several characters and elements of the story.

To begin with, the almost 2 and a half minute video brings an atmosphere very similar to that of the popular cartoon. Likewise, it is clear that the characterization of the characters did not stray far from what fans already know. Likewise, it is possible to notice some elements present that represent what was shown in the drawing.

The trailer also shows a little of the tone that will be adopted by the series, also very similar to what was found in the cartoon. In other words, some moments of drama, but without giving up jokes and lighter scenes, as it is not exactly a production focused on adults. The CGI seems to be of good quality, at least for the animals Momo and Appa.

Throughout the preview, the rest of the cast is also shown, featuring characters such as Katara, Sokka, Zuko, Aang himself, among others. The domination effects of the elements, as well as the choreography, are also interesting to observe. However, it is not possible to draw conclusions until the series reaches the Netflix catalog.
