Presentation of a new wiiw foreign trade study with a focus on SMEs

Vienna (OTS/BMAW) – With a share of around one third of total value creation and employment, foreign trade is of crucial importance for prosperity in Austria. A new study by the Vienna Institute for International Economic Comparisons – wiiw analyzes the structure of Austrian companies with export or import activities or participation in international groups of companies in comparison to companies in Austria that are only domestically oriented. Federal Ministers Martin Kocher and Robert Stehrer will provide details at a press conference.
