Azul announces minor apprentice program 2023

Azul Linhas Aéreas is accepting applications for the 2023 Best Apprentice Program, a social program that offers young students between 16 and 21 years of age, who are socially vulnerable, the opportunity to start their professional careers at the company.

Those interested in participating in Azul’s Best Apprentice Program 2023 must be in high school or higher, live close to places with open positions, we have opportunities in several regions of the country, such as Barueri, where the company’s headquarters are located , or Viracopos Airport, in Campinas, the main connectivity hub for Customers, and enroll by July 10th.

After enrollment, candidates will undergo behavioral and general knowledge tests. Those qualified for the second stage will participate in a face-to-face panel with the Talent Attraction team and airline managers. Then, those admitted will take the exams and admission processes so that, soon after, they can start their professional journey at Azul.

During the 15-month duration of the program, apprentices will participate in a development path, with technical and behavioral workshops, which provide theoretical and practical experiences focused on learning and growing their professional journey. Young people will be allocated to different areas of Azul, such as Administration, Logistics and Customer Service at Airports.

It should be noted that, in this program, Azul has a partnership with Espro, a Third Sector institution that seeks to train adolescents and young people in social vulnerability, through socio-educational actions and integration into the world of work. For this reason, it is important that all young people who wish to participate in Azul’s 2023 Best Apprentice Program are registered with the institution.
