After being active for long weeks behind the scenes, the Walibi amusement park was able to focus again on its favorite activity: receiving visitors. For its opening weekend, however, it was treated to… freezing weather. A small blow. “The day was beautiful, despite the announced temperatures”said the spokesperson, Justien Dewil, on Saturday, the evening of the first day of the season.

The near-summer temperatures were replaced by snow, which obviously didn’t suit Wavrian Park.“We were happy to be able to reopen, it’s a moment that we always look forward to. And the visitors who came also had a pleasant day.”
