Rain and heavy snowfall in Al Baha, Saudi Arabia disrupted road traffic. The drizzle that started this morning has intensified in some places. Al Baha, a town in the southwest of Saudi Arabia, experienced heavy snowfall. As the snow piled up on the roads, the municipal government removed the snow with bulldozers. The National Meteorological Center has earlier warned that there will be a change in the weather.
Apart from the snowfall, the road traffic was disrupted due to rainwater from the mountain top. According to Meteorological Center, snowfall and thundershowers will continue in Albaha and nearby areas.

Snowfall is also likely in Tabuk, Al Jouf, Northern Borders, Hail, Najran, Jizan, Asir, Makkah and Madinah. Officials have warned motorists and those going to the valleys to be cautious.
