Baden. Europa-Park will be served by a TGV stop in December

by Alexandra Hartman Editor-in-Chief

From December the TGVs currently running between Paris and Freiburg im Breisgau (one round trip per day) will stop at the Baden station of Ringsheim (Ortenau). They will thus offer a direct link between Île de France and the attractions of Europa-Park and Rulantica located 4 km from this new stop. To begin with, this will be done on an experimental basis for one year.

To date, TGVs from Paris stop at 7:55 p.m. at Lahr station, a station located 19 km from the two leisure parks. Since December 2020, Trenitalia’s Euro-City-Express between Milan and Frankfurt have been serving Ringsheim station. Recently renovated, it offers bus connections to Europa-Park.
