A last-second goal by ‌Mohamed Marhoon salvaged a draw for Bahrain in their encounter with Indonesia during the 2026 World Cup Qualification’s third round.

In the Thursday (10/10) match, Marhoon’s score secured a 2-2 tie. Indonesia had previously enjoyed a 2-1 advantage, thanks to strikes from Ragnar Oratmangoen and Rafael Struick.

Marhoon’s initial effort, a free kick launched in the 15th minute, rebounded off the crossbar before ultimately entering the net against ⁣Shin Tae-yong’s side.

The tied outcome leaves Indonesia in fifth position, with three points – mirroring Bahrain’s total. However, Bahrain holds a better rank, claiming fourth place due to a superior goal difference.

Starting Lineups:

Indonesia: Maarten Paes,⁤ Mees Hilgers, Jay⁤ Idzes, ⁣Jordi Amat, Calvin Verdonk, Sandy Walsh, Ivar Jenner, Thom Haye, Rafael Struick, Malik Risaldi, Ragnar Oratmangoen.
