Alcohol is part of the lifestyle of Quebecers, while 84% of adults consume it regularly, according to the INSPQ.

A quarter admit to exceeding the recommended limit of two glasses a day for a woman and three for a man.

We know that alcohol abuse can lead to all kinds of serious health problems in the liver, pancreas and heart.
