Banana producers from Guadeloupe met, on Wednesday, September 13, with the prefect, Xavier Lefort, to explain the difficulties of the sector. The meeting ended with the expression of the will of the State in collaboration with the Region, the managing entity of European funds, to set up working meetings in order to find the financial mechanisms which will make it possible to support the revolution green of the sector.
