Banco de Venezuela grants $10 million in credit to entrepreneurs

The Bank of Venezuela has delivered more than $10 million in loans to entrepreneurs since 2021. The delivery has been made through more than 3,152 financings through the program «Undertake BDV«.

This was reported by Helexandra Marcano, General Business Manager of the Venezuelan side at Venezolana de Televisión.

Marcano explained that the credits delivered are equivalent to 49 million bolívares or 10 million dollars.

Likewise, he explained that the financing conditions range from 100 to 20,000 dollars, and an interest rate of 16% is applied within a period of 12 months.

The program for entrepreneurs supports producers and traders with technical-financial education. In addition, it applies strategies to promote its brands.

The Manager explained that to acquire these credits, these 3 specific steps must be carried out. Those steps are to receive training workshops, linking and the last one is financing.

The collections to acquire the credit are: identity card or valid passport, personal RIF, budgets, photographic record, VAT and BDV form.

If you wish to participate, you can register on the web portal www.emprenderjuntos.gob.ve. They can also go to any branch of the financial institution.
