Barack Obama’s full speech at the Democratic National Convention

The former president of the United States Barack Obama took the stage on the second night of the Democratic National Convention (DNCfor its acronym in English). This Tuesday, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinoisand amid applause from those in attendance, the Democrat gave a speech in which praise the work he has done Joe Biden and the vice president’s record Kamala Harris. Also criticized Donald Trump and its policies.

The former president took the stage after the presentation of his wife, Michelle Obama. Amid the shouts and applause of the crowd, he asked for a moment in which he said: “Enough is enough.” After thanking and expressing his enthusiasm, he said that Kamala Harris “will be the next president of the U.S.” He also recalled that 16 years ago he had the honour of accepting his nomination.
