The Basmanny Court of Moscow has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for the third defendant in the case of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall, Shamsidin Fariduni. The man was arrested until May 22. This was reported by the press service of the court.
“The Basmanny District Court of Moscow chose a preventive measure against Fariduni Shamsidin, accused of committing a crime under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (terrorist act),” — it says in the court’s telegram channel. His case was considered behind closed doors.
Earlier, the court arrested Saidakrami Rachabalizoda and Dalerjon Mirzoev, reports RT. The men were remanded in custody until May 22. Two defendants in the case face lifelong deprivation of liberty.
The terrorist attack in the Moscow region at Crocus City Hall occurred on March 22. The death toll reached 137 people. One of those accused of the terrorist attack, Dalerjon Mirzoev, fully admitted guilt.
