DICE did not give up Battlefield 2042 and details its next update. This patch 3.2 scheduled for next week on our Xboxes will bring many changes.

The class system will thus be back in this update. With 4 distinct classes well known to FPS enthusiasts – assault, engineer, scout and support – the developers seem determined to give a boost to a game that has not convinced the press or the crowds. Furthermore, the map Breakaway will be entitled to a complete overhaul, with the replacement of the oil platform and new access to reach the glacier. Snow caves will be added to diversify your possibilities of action. Finally, thermal sights will appear with the TR-1, T4 and the 2038 Thermal 6x, accompanied by APS & Below radars for vehicles.
EA and DICE give us an appointment next week for the deployment of this update for Battlefield 2042which is still available through the EA Play offer as well as for subscribers of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
