The Special Prosecutor for the Persecution of Administrative Corruption (Pepca) and the Directorate of Persecution required the senator for San Juan de la Maguana, Felix Bautista, to provide the documents on his affidavit of assets.
Wilson Camacho and Yeni Berenice Reynoso summoned the legislator by the People’s Force, for next Thursday, October 29 at 1:00 in the afternoon, after he attended the interrogation with the documents that support his sworn statement.
Bautista would have admitted that he has to ratify his affidavit of patrimony again before the Chamber of Accounts, as established by Law No. 311-14 that establishes the National Authorized and Uniform System of Affidavits of Patrimony of Public Officials and Servants.
Senator Félix Bautista appeared yesterday before the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic, after being summoned by Pepca and the Directorate of Persecution to be questioned about his sworn declaration of patrimony and on leaving he declared to be confident that all the declared assets are of origin lawful.
He expressed that in the interview, which lasted more than an hour, that Camacho and Reynoso were very kind.
Today at 11:00 in the morning, the Minister of Youth, Kimberly Taveras, is summoned.
