The Liverpool – Bayern Munich transition was not easy for Sadio Mané. The African champion is struggling to regain his level at the start of the season. In an interview with UEFA.com, the best player of the last AFCON in Cameroon revealed that he still needs to adapt.
” Things are going well. Moving from one club to another is not easy. I spent eight very good years in England, six years in Liverpool [après] two in Southampton, and now I’m in a new country. It’s not easy because everything changes so suddenly: people, training, everything. Everything changes so it’s not easy at all. I need to adapt. I knew it and it was no surprise. It’s going exactly as I imagined. The people here are welcoming and they are real players. The people around the club are amazing so I’m very happy”, said Sadio Mané.
