Pilsen (Czech Republic) (AFP) – Bayern Munich reached the final price of the Champions League by beating its host Viktoria Plzen 4-2 on Wednesday in the fourth round of Group C competitions.
He alternately scored goals for Bayern’s Senegalese Sadio Mane (10), Thomas Muller (14) and Leon Gruitska (25 and 35), while Adam Falkanova (62) and Jan Clement (75) scored the goals of Viktoria Plzen.
The victory is the fourth in a row for the Bavarian team, which raised its score to 12 points, knowing that it crushed its rival Plzen 5-0 in the first leg last week.
After scoring his four goals in the first 35 minutes of the match, Bayern Munich, whose captain, Manuel Neuer, was absent due to a minor injury to his shoulder, and attacking midfielder Jamal Musiyala, who contracted Covid-19, slackened, conceding two goals in the second half.
The Bavarian team needs only two points from its last two games away from home against Barcelona and at home against Inter to ensure the top of the group.
