Hanoi FC excellently won the National Super Cup 2022 after having a convincing 2-0 victory over the club Hai Phong on Hang Day yard.

Lucao and Van Kien took turns to shine to bring victory and the National Super Cup title to the Capital team.

Lucao broke the balance in the Super Cup with a header from close range in the 26th minute, before Van Kien sealed the victory with an easy finish in the 76th minute.

This impressive result helps Hanoi FC complete the treble in the 2022 season, after winning the V-League championship and the National Cup.

Notably, with this title, the Capital team also became the most successful club in the National Super Cup with 5 crowns.

Not only that, Hanoi FC also set a record with the longest championship streak with 4 crowns. Before that, they had consecutively stood on the podium in 2018, 2019 and 2020 (unorganized in 2021).

Meanwhile, the defeat in the 2022 Super Cup left Hai Phong empty-handed after a long time of waiting. The last time the Port team had the opportunity to celebrate was in 2014 when they won the National Cup.
