Beauregard Festival: After leaving the stage in the middle of the show, Liam Ghallagher claimed “Laryngitis”

While performing at the Beauregard Festival in the heart of Normandy, Liam Gallagher suddenly stopped and left the stage. This Saturday, July 9, the British artist apologized, claiming to have “laryngitis”.

The evening did not end as planned for Liam Gallagher fans. The former member of the group Oasis appeared on the stage of the Festival de Beauregard on Friday July 8, in front of a delirious crowd. After about thirty minutes, the British artist evaporated, without giving any explanation to his fans. “I was diagnosed today with laryngitis and the doctors ordered me to rest,” he justified on Twitter on July 9, after apologizing “to all those who came to the Festival yesterday evening”.

When he left the stage in the middle of a piece, the brother of Noel Gallagher seemed very irritated. Outraged by this release, the public did not hesitate to boo him, as evidenced by the videos shared on social networks.

The 49-year-old artist also tweeted that “unfortunately this means he has to cancel his next concert in Cognac”. While he said he was “really sorry”, he however insisted on the fact that he had to “put his health first”.

The organizers of the event have cleared themselves of any responsibility in connection with the hasty cessation of the show of the former singer of the group Oasis. “We would like to point out that Liam Gallagher has cut short his concert for reasons totally unrelated to the festival”. “We are sorry for this situation, but the professionalism of our teams cannot be questioned,” they explained.
