Early in the morning, a young-looking man picks up alcohol at a convenience store.

However, when the clerk refused to pay after knowing that he was a middle school student, the assault started suddenly.

He threatened the clerk by pushing him against the wall, and even the clerk who appeared after him kicked him in the face.

“(The student) asked me to hit you. I’m a young boy, so try hitting me…”

The owner suffered a serious injury to one of his eyes, which was on the verge of blindness, and suffered serious injuries with a broken nose bone for 8 weeks.

When the police arrived, they only checked the personal information of the perpetrator and did not arrest him.

The day after the police returned the student who was the perpetrator of the assault, the student returned to the convenience store.

He asked the clerk to delete the CCTV footage he had taken, but he eventually took the clerk’s cell phone and ran away.

The police arrested the assailant at that time, but it turned out that he was not a law-abiding boy aged between 10 and 14 after his birthday this year.

“First of all, I’m a junior high school student, and the assault situation at the scene was over, so I didn’t arrest him at that time in order to investigate further…”

The police have booked the assailant on charges of injury and are investigating the damage against the store owner and clerk.
