Belarus has strengthened the protection of the border with Ukraine with special forces. This is reported by “Interfax” with reference to the VoenTV channel close to the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
“The paratroopers use drones, thermal imaging devices, night sights and are ready for various options for the development of the situation,” the channel said.
Earlier in Belarus, a special forces detachment “Berkut” was formed, which is fighting sabotage and reconnaissance groups and illegal armed groups. Detachments of the Belarusian special forces “Lynx”, “Smerch” and “Honor” are doing the same work.
