Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, launched the “Belghelim” integrated residential project, which is located in the northeast of Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
Al-Dar Real Estate Company, Al-Dar, in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, is supervising the development of the project, which has a development value of 8 billion dirhams, according to the Emirates News Agency, WAM.
The project will be completed in 2026, and will provide 1,743 residential villas, benefiting those who obtain housing loans from the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.
The project has been designed to include options of housing units that suit the needs of Emirati families, and an integrated set of facilities including schools, mosques, retail stores, restaurants and cafes, as well as sports centers, community gardens, playgrounds and parks.
