Belgian singer Robert Cogoi has died

Belgian singer Robert Cogoi has died. Born in 1939 in Châtelet, he was 82 years old. The artist was best known from the 60s to the 80s. In 1964, Robert Gogoi represented Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest in Copenhagen. His song By my river will also go gold.

Robert Cogoi also entered popular memory in 1982, when he signed the anthem of the Red Devils for the World Cup hosted in Spain.
