“Several settlements of the Shebekinsky district are under shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at once. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties. In Shebekino, the fence and buildings of one of the enterprises were damaged by shell fragments. A fire broke out on the territory. wrote the head of the region in his telegram channel.
According to him, in the village of Bezlyudovka, the arrival of a shell on the territory of the recreation center was also recorded. “The shell hit one of the buildings, resulting in smoke. Operational services are on their way,” Gladkov said.
According to the governor, “in the village of Belyanka, next to a private residential building, an unknown object was parachuted down by parachute.” “The place is cordoned off, the investigation team is working,” he said.
Earlier Sunday Gladkov informed about the shelling of the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Shebekinsky city district. There were no casualties.
“Fragments of shells in four private residential households damaged facades, windows, fences and outbuildings. There is damage to the gas pipeline and power lines. Emergency services are working on the spot,” he said.
In addition, a drone attacked a car in Novaya Tavolzhanka. “No one was injured, but the car was hit. Operational services are working on the spot. The door-to-door tour of the territory continues,” Gladkov said.
The border areas of the Belgorod region have been shelled from the Ukrainian side since February 24, 2022. There are dead and wounded among the civilian population.
