Bell announced Thursday an agreement to acquire the Montreal provider of integrated multi-cloud services FX Innovation.
The transaction, the amount of which has not been disclosed by the two partners, is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2023 and will enable the company, which has been supported by the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) since 2018, to expand its cloud computing growth business.
