When it comes to making watches, Bell & Ross particularly likes one design: the round within the square. This is once again the case here for the French watch brand founded in 1992 with its new model: BR-X5 Green Lum. The watch has a 41 mm titanium case, with a matte black dial protected by a sapphire crystal crystal coated with anti-reflective treatment. A small subtlety that is ultimately a big one, the Bell & Ross case is entirely luminescent thanks to a new material designed by the watchmaker’s workshops: LMD3. It is a luminescent component made from quartz fibers diffusing a bright green light.

A luminescent and robust Bell & Ross watch
And as Bell & Ross leaves nothing to chance, the hour and minute hands also offer increased visibility through their skeletonized structure and are thus covered with Super-LumiNova. This automatic watch is powered by a Bell & Ross manufacture movement: the BR-CAL.323 caliber which gives the Green Lum watch a power reserve of 70 hours. Finally, a black rubber strap accompanies the timepiece, the edition of which is limited to 500 pieces. In terms of price, Bell & Ross is aiming a little higher than usual with this new BR-X5, the titanium and the luminescent case explaining in particular the amount that will have to be paid to afford it, a little less than 14,000 euros .
