A two-year-old girl died following being hit by a farm tractor on Wednesday in Armagh, in the Bellechasse region.
The accident occurred around 12 p.m. on a plot of 8e rank in Armagh.
The child was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The wheels of farm machinery didn’t give him a chance.
The Sûreté du Québec is unable to provide more details on the circumstances of the accident. It is not known if the little victim fell from the tractor or if the driver simply did not see him on his way. The criminal thesis was dismissed from the start.
A specialized investigator left the scene at the end of the day and some explanations should be available in the coming hours since the reconstruction of the sad scene is over.
