2- Pregnant women can rely on black dates to get rid of constipation, because they contain a high percentage of dietary fiber, which improves bowel movement and facilitates digestion and excretion.
3- Black dates provide a pregnant woman with great protection against anemia, because they are rich in iron, which produces red blood cells, which are responsible for sending oxygen to all parts of the body.
4- Wet dates play a major role in strengthening the immunity of pregnant women, because they contain many antioxidants, which enhance the body’s ability to fight bacteria and viruses.
5- Black dates are a safe alternative to sweets during pregnancy.

She explained that moderation in eating black dates is a condition for benefiting from its high nutritional value, warning pregnant women not to overdo it, because it threatens them with some harms, such as gestational diabetes and weight gain.
