Benjamin Bouchouari could leave Saint-Etienne next summer

It only took a few months for Benjamin Bouchouari to become one of the attractions in Ligue 2 and inevitably, he will be one of the Atlas Lions to lead the next transfer window. His performances do not go unnoticed and might therefore leave Saint-Etienne at the end of this season.

Last summer, Benjamin Bouchouari left Roda JC de Kerkrade to join AS Saint-Etienne, freshly relegated to Ligue 2. The 21-year-old Moroccan midfielder didn’t take long before flaunting his talent. The Atlas Lion has made 21 Ligue 2 appearances following 25 rounds.

His contribution allowed ASSE to move away from the relegation zone with which he had been flirting since the start of the season. His performances also opened the doors to the den of the Atlas Lions of Walid Regragui following his honorable stint with the Olympic Lions.

According to rumors circulating, the talent of Benjamin Bouchouari would have caught the eye of several Ligue 1 and LaLiga teams.
