After beating Shakhtar Donetsk on Matchday 3 of the 2022/23 Champions League, Karim Benzema became the second Madridista with the most European Cup victories. The Frenchman has won 80 games in this competition since joining the club in the summer of 2009 and surpasses Sergio Ramos’ tally (79). Benzema is only ahead of Casillas (90).
