“It was overwhelming. I might hardly believe it,” says Bernadette Kehrer regarding the greatest success of her life: the cellist from Wartberg/Aist won the audition for the Vienna State Opera Orchestra in November. This orchestra is provided by the Vienna Philharmonic. In three years she can apply for membership and, if the association agrees, she will be part of the Vienna Philharmonic.
