Between Apple and Facebook, the war for talent is raging

It’s a nice Christmas present that Apple has reserved for certain engineers, working on its microchips, products and software. At the end of December, the group informed them that they would receive an exceptional bonus in shares.

According to the Bloomberg agency, the value of this bonus – decorrelated from the classic schedule of fall increases at Apple – is between 50,000 and 180,000 dollars. And the acquisition period extends over four years, encouraging the lucky beneficiaries not to give in to the sirens of the competition.
