After 21 years, the International Percussion Festival, organized by the Patagonia Cultural Foundation (FCP), continues to be one of the most representative events of the annual artistic calendar of Roca and Patagonia. The new edition had its last concert in Roca (the activity formally ends today at the Allen Municipal Theater), yesterday at the FCP Cultural Space, with a show in which all the local and international artists performed before a large number of spectators . The event had a large number of concerts and master classes between last Tuesday and Friday.

The different percussionists paraded across the stage, both the guests and the locals, and meetings were established between two more or more artists. The musicians offered original songs and also versions of great classics.

Separate paragraph deserves the vibraphonist Ted Piltzeckert (USA), who visited us for the fifth time since he was present at the 1st International Percussion Festival in 2003, and then returned for the 5th edition of 2007, 7th (2009) and 10th in 2012. With the mastery and friendliness that characterize him, Piltzeckert did not disappoint, being one of the most applauded of the night and reaffirming his great bond with the Argentine public.
