Excess body fat is bad for our health, but did you know that the location of your fat, not its size, tells you that you have certain diseases.

Subcutaneous fat is the “safest” fat that lies under the skin and is easy to get rid of, while visceral fat is the “dangerous” or “toxic” body fat stored deeper in the body that affects our health.

In addition, visceral fat is active, which means that it changes the chemical balance in our bodies, which leads to chronic diseases, according to the newspaper, “thesun”.

It can also remain around our vital organs, affecting our ability to function.

And storing fat in the neck and face could be a sign that you’re at risk for heart disease.

The larger your neck, the more likely you are to have high levels of bad cholesterol.

Neck fat also puts pressure on the body’s major airways making it more difficult to breathe, and this is especially bad at night, as some patients have trouble breathing, which increases the risk of sleep apnea, strokes, depression, and snoring too loudly .

Fat cells produce estrogen, and increasing it increases the chances of developing breast cancer.

These extra fat cells in the breast also lead to inflammation in the body, which contributes to cancer.

Excess fat on the arms also usually indicates obesity and a high body mass index.

Obesity increases your chances of depression, heart attack, type 2 diabetes, stroke, joint pain, heart disease, cancer, and early death, so this is a warning sign to try to change your lifestyle.

The researchers found that people with marbling fat in the quadriceps had a 34 percent increased risk of developing heart failure compared to those without it.

Plus, just like belly fat, this fat is “active” and thus causes inflammation in the body and causes the immune system to attack instead of defending.

This leads to heart attacks and the development of type 2 diabetes.

How to get rid of fat:

Eat more nutrients:

By eating a greater variety of fruits, vegetables, legumes and complete proteins, we are feeding our gut bacteria and increasing our nutritional intake.

Eliminate processed foods:
