A Brasil Game Show (BGS) 2023 announced last Friday (19) the participation of actors Shawn Fonteno and Ned Luke who played the characters Franklin Clinton and Michael de Santa, respectively, in the popular game Grand Theft Auto V, a title released in 2013 by Rockstar with versions for both PC as new generation consoles.
According to the organization of the event, during the 13th and 14th of October, visitors to the largest games fair in Latin America will be able to see North American actors in various attractions at the fair, such as autograph sessions at the BGS Meet & Greet, panels at BGS Talks , participation as judges in BGS Cosplay contests and in the opening ceremony.
“Shawn and Ned helped write the biggest chapter in the history of the GTA franchise in over two decades, and it’s an honor to welcome them to the event. GTA V is among the top three best selling games of all time and, certainly, the irreverence and friendliness of Fonteno and Luke will infect the public again and help us to provide a memorable experience for the fans”, says Marcelo Tavares, Founder and CEO from BGS.
There are also other confirmed international guests, such as Nolan Bushnell, the creator of Atari, and actors Charles Martinet, Samantha Kelly and Kenny James, voice actors for Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad and the villainous Bowser in the games, respectively.
The event takes place from October 11th to 15th at Expo Center Norte, in São Paulo, from 1pm to 9pm. Those interested in participating in the event can purchase tickets through the official website of BGS 23 (access).
Tickets – 1st batch – until 05/20 (50% discount compared to the final batch)
- Individual – October 12th and 13th (half price): R$ 99 Individual ticket valid for 1 (one) chosen day (12 or 13/10).
- Individual – October 14th and 15th (half price): R$ 149 Individual ticket valid for 1 (one) chosen day (14 or 10/15).
- Passport October 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th (half price): R$ 397 Passport with 4 tickets for the 12th, 13th, 14th and 15/10. (Take 4 and pay 3).
- Premium Passport (half price): R$699 Valid for all days, including exclusive press day. On 11/10, entry is at 3 pm.
- Business Passport (half price): R$ 699 Valid for all days, including the exclusive day for the press. On 10/11, entry is at 3 pm. Gives access to the business area.
- Single Day Cabin: R$ 499 Cabin ticket for 1 (one) chosen day. (12, 13, 14 or 10/15). Gives access to the cabin and entry 1h in advance.
- Cabin Passport:R$ 1,999 Passport with 5 cabin tickets for 10/11, 12, 13, 14 and 15. Gives access to the cabin, 1 hour early entry and an exclusive kit. On 11/10, entry is at 3 pm.
