New Delhi: Bharat Biotech’s nasal wax has been approved by the Central Drug Standards Organization (CDSCO). It is the first time in India that nasal vaccine has been approved for the prevention of covid.
It is a nasal vaccine. People above 18 years of age who have received two doses of CoviShield or any other covid vaccine can receive this vaccine.
The approval for the clinical trial was received last January. After that, the final clinical trial was successfully completed by June 19. 4000 people were tested. No one had any side effects after receiving the nasal vaccine. Due to this, now a locally produced vaccine has been approved.
