US President Joe Biden’s personal physician confirmed, in a medical report published by the White House, Thursday, that the 80-year-old president is “in good health, active and capable of performing his duties,” according to Agence France-Presse.
Doctor Kevin O’Connor said in his report, “President Biden is still healthy and active, and he is an 80-year-old man capable of carrying out his presidential duties, including his duties as head of the executive branch, head of state, and commander-in-chief of the armed forces.”
Talk regarding Biden’s health has increased in the recent period, especially due to the reference to the possibility of him running for a second term in the 2024 presidential elections. CNN reported, Thursday, that if he succeeds in the elections, he will reach the age of 86 in his last year in the White House.
