What’s to come

The QR code will also become easier to read. Indeed, the reading frame will expand and the reading speed should also gain.
In addition, if you point your camera at a document with a QR code, until now, the software could switch to document mode rather than QR Code reading, thus preventing its reading. The new version should better manage both uses simultaneously.
Moreover, if you had consciously or not prevented the reading of a QR Code, it was currently not possible to read it again. From now on, with a simple wave of the hand, its reading is again possible.
Beyond these very visible new features, Samsung explains that it has improved various performance elements of its app. We are thinking, for example, of better management of memory and the neural engine in photo, night and video modes, or even software stabilization in video. Samsung also promises better color and brightness management in night mode soon, but that will have to wait for a future update.
