When Bilal Coulibaly plays, Bilal Coulibaly delivers. This evening, Wes Unseld Jr gave him a lot of playing time – 34 minutes – and the Frenchman took charge. He even did much more: 20 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, 4 interceptions at 8/12 shooting including 4/7 at 3-points. Top scorer of the team, important shots returned to allow his team to take the lead and balls scratched several times. A great performance, a really successful first match, and the desire to see more.

What is particularly pleasing is the playing time granted by the coach. In 34 minutes, and with the intensity of the end of a match at stake, Bilal did not flinch. We will still miss the last three minutes completely slammed on the ground that the Wizards offered (almost artistic, it must be said). Victor Wembanyama’s ex-teammate with the Mets scores a lot of points tonight with the coaching staff Wizards.
