The price of the cryptocurrency bitcoin has fallen 3.3% to $28,786 since five o’clock Friday evening, according to data compiled by Bloomberg News on Saturday.
Bitcoin prices fluctuated at an average rate of 4.7%, as they are traded between 28 thousand and 744 dollars and 30 thousand and 83 dollars.
It is now down by 58 percent from its high on November 10 at $68,992.
Bitcoin has lost 7% of its value in the past week and is down 38% so far this year.
