A sharp-toothed menace awaits you in season two, Nomad. During the Gamescom opening ceremony, the Diablo IV development team announced that the season of blood will start on october 17.
Following their lord’s orders, an army of newly transformed and hungry vampires have invaded Sanctuary. The vampires’ sinister purpose remains a mystery, but their bloodlust has angered the populace. You must learn to hunt these hunters, your fate depends on it.
The Season of Blood features a new series of quests to discover, vampiric powers to use against their masters, 5 additional end-game bosses with the possibility of obtaining specific unique or ultra-unique objects and much more.
We’ve also added some of the community’s long-awaited gameplay improvements for Season of Blood:
more efficient inventory management for gems; paragon points, potion charges, obol ability upgrades, and skill points now carry over into the new season if you earned them with an Eternal Realm or Eternal Realm character. previous seasonal realm; changes to critical damage, elemental resistances as well as status effects such as vulnerable and overwhelmed.
The updates mentioned in the bullet point above as well as the ability to obtain specific Unique and Ultra-Unique items will be available within the Seasonal and Eternal Realms.
