Traffic in the center of St. Petersburg will be closed on Sunday, August 7, due to the Northern Capital half marathon.
According to the Committee for Transport of St. Petersburg, August 7 block traffic transport:

- from 4:00 to 12:00 – along Tuchkov Bridge and Bolshoy Prospekt P. S. from Tuchkov Bridge to Dobrolyubov Prospekt;
- from 4:00 to 13:30 – along the Blagoveshchensky bridge;
- from 4:00 to 14:00 – along Palace Square and the embankment, the Kutuzov embankment, Suvorovskaya Square, Millionnaya Street from Palace Square to the Zimnaya Kanavka embankment and from the passage along Marsova Pole to Suvorovskaya Square, Palace Passage, the odd side of the Griboyedov Canal Embankment from Konyushennaya Square to Nevsky Prospekt, the passage along Marsov field, Petrovskaya embankment, Petrogradskaya embankment from Petrovskaya embankment to Kuibyshev street, Kamennoostrovsky prospect from Troitsky bridge to Kuibyshev street, Kronverkskaya embankment, Dobrolyubov avenue, Academician Likhachev square, Zhdanovskaya embankment from Bolshoy to Maly avenue P. From four in the morning to four in the afternoon on Truda Square from Yakubovich Street to Konnogvardeisky Boulevard narrow the roadway towards the Promenade des Anglais. At the same time, two-way traffic will be introduced on Voznesensky Prospekt from Malaya to Bolshaya Morskaya Street.
Public transport will also be forced to change routes. Tracks will change from 7:30 to 14:00 buses No. 1, 3, 6, 7, 22, 24, 27, 46, 100 and 128.
In addition, from midnight to 23:59 Sunday will be forbidden to park on Senatskaya Square, Labor Square from Konnogvardeisky Boulevard to Angliskaya Embankment, Konnogvardeisky Boulevard, Kronverkskaya Embankment, Petrogradskaya Embankment from house 33/8B along Kuibyshev Street to Petrovskaya Embankment, Aptekarskaya and Petrovskaya Embankments, Dobrolyubov Avenue, Academician Likhachev Square, Mytninskaya and Universitetskaya Embankments, Kadetskaya and 1st lines of V.
