ABU DHABI, 17 October / WAM / Bloom Holding Company announced the appointment of “Edrafor Emirates” company as the contractor for the foundation works in “Casares”, the third phase of the Bloom Living project, a modern and integrated residential complex in Abu Dhabi.
The third phase, “Casares,” is expected to be delivered in the first quarter of 2026, when all residential units have been sold, which vary between two- and three-bedroom townhouses.
The first two phases of the Bloom Living project, namely “Cordoba” and “Toledo”, have witnessed the sale of all residential units in them, and work on them is progressing at a steady pace and according to schedule, with them being delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024 and the second quarter of 2025, respectively.
