Blue Star Capital PLC Raises GBP100,000 Through Share Placement

Blue Star Capital PLC – The company has raised GBP100,000 through a placement of 100 million new shares priced at 0.1p each, representing 2.0% of the enlarged share capital. Proceeds from the sale will be used for working capital purposes and will provide the company with headroom until September. This is in line with the expected monthly cash burn rate and the anticipated disposal of the company’s stake in SatoshiPay. Admission of the new shares to trading on AIM is expected to take place on or around next Monday.

Current share price: 0.11 pence, down 3.5% in London on Wednesday
