Jusesky Antonio Cisnero Moreno, Carlos Reverol and Henry Trujillo are the citizens sanctioned by the official entity. Cisnero was the trainer that had the most withdrawals in the second meeting of races in the Carabobeño enclosure, of the 23 withdrawn copies, 18 were presented by Cisnero.
