Complaint to Bodega Aurrerá for misleading

A consumer from Bodega Aurrerá decided to exhibit to the supermarket store, then he is promoting a TV that he has in his presentation in its digital portal the price of 5 thousand 499 Mexican pesos and when it enters the publication the same television comes out with the cost of 9 thousand 890 Mexican pesos.

It is not the first time that consumers report a brand to Profeco for misleading , let us remember the case of a Burger King customer who also took to his Twitter account to showcase the fast food brand before the organism for not selling the same product that it presents in its images.

Or there are also complaints of this kind against BBVA Mexico, after several users exhibited them with videos and images of a promotion they carried out on their digital portal and this was not what they mention.

This only reflects the opinion of the consumer and the conversation that it generates in the digital pulse, Therefore, Merca 2.0 requested the position of the brand in order to tell both versions of the story.; however, so far it has not been received. The note will be updated in case of a response.
