It is reported that it exploded during construction. The injured has been identified as Muzhikal Mithal Hariprasad (30) of Maniyoor, Cherandathoor. The incident took place around 7 pm on Wednesday.
Hariprasad’s both hands were seriously injured in the blast. Injuries to the body as well. He was admitted to Kozhikode Medical College Hospital.

The police concluded that the explosives were made by unloading firecrackers and collecting ammunition.
